Brushing your teeth really????

So now I was reading in a magazine that you can sleep like a baby and go to sleep faster just by brushing your teeth.
Just as long as you brush before bedtime using a toothpaste made with natural sleep boosters melatonin and valerian, you are suppose to fall asleep faster.
It is suppose to works quickly because the lining of the mouth easily absorbs the ingredients.
